Job Duties:
Manages store staff and operations within budgetary guidelines and ensures compliance with all company procedures and policies. Responsible for effective merchandising and sufficient inventory levels to meet customer demand. Trains and evaluates staff, identifies and resolves daily operational issues and ensure company assets are safeguarded. Qualifying bonus of $300-$700 per month.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma plus prior retail experience and two years supervisory experience. Knowledge of overall retail store operations and P&L functions. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to interact with customers (bi-lingual skills preferred in some locations). Ability to stand for 7-8 hours per day and lift 50 pounds. Must have valid California’s driver’s license, automobile liability insurance and DMV printout at time of application. Ability to work flexible schedules required.

Assistant Store Managers
Job Duties:

Job Duties:
Provides direction to store staff during assigned shifts. Position also performs cashiering functions, assists customers, processes incoming merchandise, rotates merchandise, stocks shelves, and sets up displays. Responsible for cash register opening and closing procedures.

Sales Associates / Processor
Job Duties:
Assists customers, operates cash register, processes and rotates merchandise, stocks shelves, sets up displays, and performs store housekeeping duties including dusting fixtures and furniture, keeping store merchandise organized and neat, and operates cash register to ring up sales and returns.

Sales Associates / Technician
Job Duties:
To perform a variety of duties in the Computer Works Store, including assisting customers, cashiering and stocking items. Rebuild computers from donated goods, repair customer computers and make sure computer store is stocked at all times with operating computer systems. Test and tear down donated computers and determine which items are saleable vs. those that can be recycled. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. One to two years PC experience and prior sales experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of computer-related hardware. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to install and configure motherboards, hard drives, floppy drives video cards, miscellaneous cards, memory, modems, etc. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 7-8 hours per day.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Knowledge of antiques, collectibles and on-line sales preferred. Familiarity with digital cameras and a variety of photography equipment.
