K. Brian Horton

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Horton is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He also chairs the Executive and Audit Committees and is a member of the Long Range Planning Advisory Team. Mr. Horton previously served as Treasurer of the Board in 2003-04.

Presently, he is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Fitness Center Committee. Mr. Horton is President of 1st Enterprise Bank and was formerly President/Southern Division of Mellon 1st Business Bank, with oversight responsibility of Orange County, South Bay and Inland Empire Regional offices.
