Mr. Armstrong is a member of the Board of Directors and served as Chairman of the Board in 2003-04. He currently serves on the Audit, Fitness Center, and Budget, Finance & Investment Committees. Mr. Armstrong also serves on the Landmark Services Board of Directors.
Prior to his retirement, he was Senior Vice President, Director of Retail Banking for Home Savings of America. Mr. Armstrong is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the U.S. Marine Corps and Squadron Commander. He is a former board member for Star Systems, Inc., a former member of Rotary International and also volunteers for United Way.
