Ms. Forsyth is a member of the Board of Directors and served as Secretary of the Board in 2003-04. She serves on the Corporate Compliance Committee. She is a partner at the law firm of Rutan & Tucker, LLP and specializes in real estate law. She has specialized exclusively in real estate transactional law and has represented numerous real estate developers and investors since graduating from UCLA School of Law and joining Rutan & Tucker in 1977. Her experience includes venture formation, land development and entitlement issues, title and due diligence considerations, purchase and sale agreements, debt and equity secured financings, commercial leasing and tax deferred exchanges.
Ms. Forsyth is active in the community as a past board member of the American Heart Association and member of its Development Committee. She is a member of Probation Community Action Association and CREW (Orange County Women in Commercial Real Estate).
