Mr. Steen is a member of the Board of Directors. He is a partner in the Business Group in the Costa Mesa office of Baker & Hostetler, LLP and has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and project development and finance transactions and related matters. Mr. Steen is the principal author of International Energy Project Development Opportunities, Affiliated Power Producers and the Independent Power Market. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Whittier Law School in Southern California and has been a frequent lecturer at conferences on project development and finance issues. He is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia, New York, California, and is admitted before the United States Supreme Court.
