Kim Seebach

Vice President, Human Resources

Kim has over 30 years of experience in non-profit leadership serving at- risk youth, and people who have disabilities and other barriers. Kim has served in executive Human Resources positions in Canada and the United States and as the Chief Operations Officer for Good Shepherd Communities, a west coast agency serving people with developmental disabilities.

Kim is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has been educated in Human Resource management at the University of California Irvine and Chapman University.

MR. SEEBACH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASPECTS OF HUMAN RESOURCES PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION, INCLUDING; BENEFITS, STAFFING, COMPLIANCE, EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, STAFF TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT, COMPENSATION AND CORPORATE POLICY DEVELOPMENT. AS PART OF THE EXECUTIVE TEAM, PARTICIPATES IN PLANNING AND CONTROLLING CORPORATE GROWTH AND EVALUATING AGENCY PERFORMANCE AGAINST OBJECTIVES.
