GOODWILL OF ORANGE COUNTY REVEALS THE TRUE SPIRIT OF INDEPENDENCE AT THE 2006 WALTER KNOTT AWARD LUNCHEON
| WHAT: | Goodwill of Orange County will recognize three extraordinary individuals whose lives represent invincible human spirit, determination and personal achievement at the 2006 Walter Knott Award Luncheon. Come meet Gary Franken, Janie Walker and Tony DeBlois and be inspired! | |

| WHY: | Proceeds from the luncheon will help fund Goodwill’s training and job placement programs and in memory of Walter Knott a founding Goodwill of Orange County Board Member for his legacy and community service. |
Goodwill of Orange County, now in its 82nd year, has provided thousands of people with disabilities and other barriers the opportunity to achieve their highest levels of personal and economic independence through competitive employment. The nonprofit organization’s programs assist individuals with work and social abilities, cultural and language skills and to help them succeed at home, at school and in the workplace.
