How You Can Help During the COVID-19 Crisis

OUR COMMUNITY CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING

These are unprecedented times. The impact of COVID-19 is and will continue to be felt deeply by our community.

We feel a strong sense of responsibility – to our team members, our customers, our donors and our community –
to do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19. And we know you feel this too.

We can all be a part of rebuilding and recovery.

Goodwill of Orange County has been an integral part of the community for nearly 100 years, providing workforce development programs and life-changing services to thousands of Orange County residents. We will continue to serve our great community and remain committed to our mission: helping people who are facing barriers find and keep jobs, which provide purpose, pride and dignity.

As we emerge from this crisis, that mission is more important than ever.

HERE’S HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMMEDIATE IMPACT:

Financial Giving

Financial giving will help us continue to serve vulnerable populations. Your monetary donations will help us recover quickly and enable us to get Orange County back to work. Any value - $5, $10, $50 – truly goes a long way to helping create more GOOD in our community. Click here to make a donation.

Hold Your Donations

We will need your donations more than ever to get us back to normal operations on the other side of this. As you clean out your closet and organize your home, please hang on to any unwanted goods until our donation sites reopen. The donations that are left at our closed sites are often rendered unusable from weather or pilfering – please pause your donations until we are up and running again!

Shop Goodwill Online

Did you know you can shop 24/7 on our e-commerce site? We remain open online! You can access one-of-kind goods from not only Goodwill of Orange County, but from Goodwills across the country. All e-commerce operations are practicing social distancing and strict safety protocols during this time. Following the lead from Goodwill stores, more than 90 cents of every dollar spent on the site is directed right back into life-changing programs and services. Click here to visit shopgoodwill.com.
