Every year, during the first full week of May, Goodwill® organizations across the U.S. and Canada come together to celebrate Goodwill Week. This special week highlights our collective mission of helping people achieve their goals through personal support, work experience, and career development.
This year, Goodwill Week runs from May 4-10. Throughout the week, Goodwill organizations will showcase their essential role in empowering individuals through our employment and education initiatives.
The theme for this year, “Get to Know Your Neighborhood Goodwill,” emphasizes the extraordinary ways people transform their lives with support from their local Goodwill. For us, it’s the 36,000 people we are able to serve annually at Goodwill of Orange County.
Goodwill is more than just a network of stores; it’s a neighbor deeply rooted in your community. Across North America, Goodwill locations provide vital career services, training opportunities, and educational programs that equip individuals to thrive in the workforce and in life.
