SANTA ANA, Calif. – January 24, 2022 – Goodwill of Orange County is proud to announce the appointment of three new members to its respected board of directors: Jesse Aragon, Director of Operational Planning at SoCalGas, Joanne Schroeder, Vice President and Officer at Arcadis, and Dr. Sridhar Sundaram, Dean of the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton.

Jesse Aragon serves as Director of Operational Planning at SoCalGas where he is responsible for operational planning and budgeting for the company’s capital and operating expenditures. Aragon is a certified public accountant (CPA) and has more than two decades of experience working in the financial and corporate tax industries. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Diego State University.

Joanne Schroeder is a Vice President and Officer at Arcadis, a global publicly traded €4 billion company headquartered in The Netherlands. Schroeder is an experienced entrepreneur and environmental engineer with more than 25 years driving public and private companies to best leverage technology, data, environmental, health, safety and sustainability (EHS&S)/ESG functions, information and systems in the digital age. Prior to joining Arcadis, Schroeder was founder of two technology services companies: Environmental Data Solutions Group, LLC (EDSG), and E2 ManageTech (E2); both companies provided software services delivering global deployment of information managements systems for Fortune 500 companies. Schroeder has an MBA from USC, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from University of California at Irvine (UCI).

Dr. Sridhar Sundaram joined the esteemed faculty of Cal State Fullerton in July of 2021 as Dean of the College of Business and Economics, the second largest business college in the nation. Dr. Sundaram’s career in higher education spans more than 30 years, having most recently served as the Dean of the Kate Tiedemann School of Business and Finance at the University of South Florida. Dr. Sundaram has vast expertise in leadership, curriculum and new program development as well as community engagement and fundraising. He holds a Doctorate and MBA from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from PSG College of Arts and Science in India.

The three new appointees began a three-year term on the Goodwill Board in January 2022.
