SANTA ANA, Calif. – February 9, 2022 – Goodwill of Orange County today announced the appointment of Elizabeth “Liz” Jensen as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Jensen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with nearly 20 years of experience in finance for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She most recently served as the CFO for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange where she managed an operating budget of more than $100 million.

We have big goals and opportunities ahead of us to truly expand our social enterprise model and mission, and Liz brings the background and innovative thinking we need to do that.”
After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from University of Notre Dame, Jensen worked as a Senior Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years specializing in the restaurant, oil, gas, automotive, nonprofit and higher education industries with an emphasis in publicly traded companies and financial reporting to the SEC.
Jensen joins the Goodwill of Orange County team as Donald Voska prepares for his retirement after 22 years as CFO. During his tenure, Voska modernized the organization’s accounting and finance functions with best-in-class systems and built a strong team of finance professionals and experts to ensure the organization remains financially strong and sustainable for its mission.
Voska transitioned to CFO Emeritus and Jensen began her new role on February 1, 2022.
