Yes. At this time, all customers will be required to wear face coverings. We have the right to refuse service to individuals who do not comply.

Fitting rooms and restrooms will be closed for customer use until further notice.

Will you be limiting the number of customers in store?
In order to maintain physical distance between customers and associates, we will be limiting the number of people allowed in each store. These limits will be based on the size of the store, with a maximum of one person every six feet. Designated waiting areas will be available outside each store so you can wait while maintaining a safe distance.

Goodwill of Orange County stores will not accept any returns for the time being.

Yes, we will still have our regularly scheduled 50% off color tag sales each week. Follow Goodwill of Orange County on Facebook and Instagram to stay up-to-date on which color tags are currently 50% off.

Has the donation drop-off process changed?
We will be utilizing a no-contact donation drop-off system going forward. We ask all donors to bag or box their donations, we will not accept loose donations. If possible, please sort donations by type of item (i.e. clothing, electronics, housewares, etc.).

Gloves and masks will be worn by Goodwill donation attendants at all times. “Curbside” service will be practiced – donors should stay in their vehicles and simply pop their trunks – a Goodwill attendant will remove the donations.

Will all donations be accepted?
No large furniture items, printers or copy machines will be accepted at this time. Please refer to our Acceptable/ Unacceptable Donation List on our locations page for a comprehensive list of what we can and cannot take.
