The EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) Technician Training Program at Goodwill of Orange County is a hands-on workforce development initiative designed to prepare individuals for high-demand careers in California's rapidly growing electric vehicle industry.

Hands-On Training for EV Charging Careers

As electric vehicle adoption continues to accelerate, the need for skilled technicians who can install, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot EV charging infrastructure has never been greater. Our four-week paid training program equips participants with the technical knowledge, safety certifications, and real-world experience needed to enter this expanding field with confidence. 
Participants receive comprehensive instruction in:
