For more than 100 years, Goodwill of Orange County has been all about doing good for people and the planet. Every year, we keep more than 55 million pounds of goods out of the local waste stream,and it all starts with amazing donors like you.
When you donate gently used items, you’re helping reduce waste and give everyday items a fresh start. Those out‑of‑style shoes, outdated housewares, or even that old laptop? They’re ready for a second life and a new purpose!
Once donated, your items hit the shelves of Goodwill OC stores, where they help fund programs that empower people to build meaningful careers right here in Orange County. Plus, donating feels great, and clears out your closet. Talk about a win‑win‑win for you, your community, and the planet.

Earth Month Donation Reward
As a thank you for supporting sustainability, donate any time between April 1–30 at a Goodwill OC donation center and receive a $5 OFF coupon (*$5 off your purchase. Valid for 30 days from the day you receive it at any Goodwill OC store One coupon per qualifying donation.)
How to earn your coupon:
- Donate!
- Scan for an e‑receipt when you donate. Check for these signs or ask your friendly Donation Attendant!
- Enter your loyalty phone number.
- Your $5 coupon will automatically link to your account and be ready for you in-store! Simply enter the phone number linked to your loyalty account at the cash register tablets and your coupon will be ready

Earth Day Bonus: DOUBLE POINTS
On Earth Day — Wednesday, April 22 — shop with us and earn DOUBLE POINTS on purchases up to $100. It’s the perfect excuse to thrift with purpose and score something special.
Donating Made Even Easier
Have larger items or a busy schedule? Goodwill OC partners with ReSupply, a convenient, fee-based service that offers scheduled donation pickups right from your home. The ReSupply team will come grab your goods, even disassembling large items if needed or carrying goods down the stairs, and dropping them off to Goodwill OC.
