🌟 Meet Paula, a Peer Support Specialist with Goodwill of Orange County’s Employment WORKS (EWORKS) program!🌟

Originally from Bucharest, Romania, destiny brought her to Los Angeles, California at a young age. Despite facing adversity, including an abusive background and periods of homelessness, Paula found support through her church and shelter, leading her to connect with Goodwill’s EWORKS program.

With the unwavering support of Stephen and Chris at #OCGoodwill, Paula successfully applied for the role of Peer Support Specialist. Three weeks later, she received the thrilling news that she had secured the position, marking the beginning of her new adventure.

Now, at the Employment WORKS South location in Mission Viejo, Paula provides exceptional support and encouragement to individuals facing mental health challenges on their journey to employment.
